The Historic Watchman's House has been restored to function as a guesthouse. Overlooking the Hiwassee Scenic River, it’s the perfect retreat. The Watchman's House contains three units. Each unit has a working fireplace and central air. The rooms are furnished with period pieces and provide views of the Hiwassee River and the peaceful mountain farmland. The Whitewater Rafting Service and General Store are located just a short walk across the Reliance Bridge. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places as "The Watchman's House," this structure was built in 1895. |

Unit ONE This unit offers a bedroom with fireplace, full eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and covered porch. (Unit 1 & Unit 2 adjoin and may be combined into a two bedroom, one bath with full kitchen or three bedroom, two bath with full kitchen combination.) |

Unit TWO This unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, One bedroom has a fireplace while the other bedroom is an extra large space with an area that offers a microwave & refrigerator. |

Unit THREE This efficiency apartment offers a stone faced fireplace, galley kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. There is a covered porch with a wonderful river view. |
